GIVE THE GIFT OF
CONNECTION
Conversations change lives. ENGin is an independent, grassroots nonprofit powered almost entirely by people like you — volunteers, believers, and friends of Ukraine who know that connection is one of the most powerful things one human being can give another.
When you join Conversation Starters, you become part of an inner circle of supporters who make ENGin's work possible every single day.

A MONTHLY GIFT OF $15
covers the cost of matching one Ukrainian participant with a dedicated English-speaking volunteer — bringing the magic of ENGin to 12 Ukrainians over the course of a year. That's 12 people building confidence, opportunity, and connection — because of you.
Monthly giving is the backbone of everything we do. When donors commit to giving month after month, we can plan ahead, take on more students, and focus on our mission instead of worrying about where the next dollar is coming from. Predictable, recurring revenue means fewer resources spent on fundraising and more Ukrainians breaking language barriers and opening their worlds with ENGin volunteers.

LEGACY GIFTS
When you include ENGin in your planned giving, you give the power of conversation and connection to a new generation — allowing future volunteers and their buddies to enjoy the rewards of creating meaningful connections across borders.
By including ENGin in your will or estate plan, you ensure that your values and commitment to our important mission will continue to inspire and transform lives long into the future.
Every legacy gift, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Your legacy starts today, no matter the format you choose: a simple bequest, inclusion of ENGin as a beneficiary in a Charitable Trust, or in a life insurance policy. Your legacy gift can also be made through instructions to a donor-advised charitable fund.
Please reach out to Katerina Manoff at katerina@enginprogram.org with any questions regarding legacy giving. If you have already included a gift for ENGin in your estate plans, please let us know about it so that we may best honor your wishes!
Maximize your contributions to ENGin at no extra cost to you.
EMPLOYER GIVING
In 2025, we received funds from 35+ companies, ranging from $5 - $10,000. Every dollar we received originated with someone taking a few minutes to explore corporate giving opportunities through their employer.
See What Your Employer Offers
Instantly see if your company matches employee donations, will make a donation based on your time volunteered, or offers charitable giving through payroll deduction. All are easy, efficient, and cost-effective ways to deepen your support.
Many employers will match donations their employees make to ENGin. Most will match 1:1, some even match 2:1. Search to see if your employer will match a donation you plan to make, or one you’ve already made.
Matching Gifts
Some employers donate to nonprofits on behalf of employees who volunteer their time, typically a set dollar amount for every hour logged. Search to see if your volunteer hours are match-eligible.
Volunteer Grants
Your employer may allow you to make a recurring donation to ENGin directly from your paycheck, pre-tax, through a workplace giving campaign. Search to see if your company participates and how to enroll.

Other Opportunities
Corporate Grants
Some companies allow employees to nominate a nonprofit to receive a grant. The application form is usually very short and simple, and grants might range from $500-$2500 or higher. Our volunteers have successfully nominated us for corporate grants targeted towards service, education, DEI, and female empowerment. Not sure who to contact at your company? We can help! Email Emily Gross, egross@enginprogram.org with any questions.
Fundraise at Work
Some companies allow employees to set up their own fundraiser, promoting a cause they care about to their department or the entire organization and raise funds from their colleagues. We can help you throughout the entire process - from setting up your own fundraising page linked directly to our existing online donation software, to sharing best practices, providing literature, and even arranging an inspiring speaker to present to your staff. Email Emily Gross, egross@enginprogram.org, to get started.
